About Joan Scibienski

Joan would be the first to tell you that she never expected to become the channel for a "collective consciouness!" But it was through her work as a spiritual teacher that Equinoxx found her.

Joan has made her career as a professional metaphysican, an advisor who employs proven therapeutic techniques with intuitive guidance to bring clarity and direction, for over 40 years. It is a responsibility she takes very seriously, considering herself a guide to help her clients define their problems and objectives, working with them to find tools to create a successful life.

Her background and education are in both counseling and nursing. She holds degrees in psychology, nursing, divinity, and metaphysics and has over 4 decades of experience and training in astrology, numerology, channeling and mediumship, creative visualization, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as substance abuse and family therapy.

Joan has lectured and taught in the United States, Europe, and Canada, as well as having been a regular guest on many radio programs both in Arizona and California. She was the host of two cable television programs.

She considers her channeling work for Equinoxx to be a sacred duty, one for which many of us are grateful.
